The YUTalks are an event organized by YUDesign, a Generación Espontánea group from the Universitat Politècnica de València. Their goal is to offer university students a space to explore their professional future through experiences and direct exchanges with the professional world.

This year, YUTalks 2025 revolves around the question “I per on comence?” (“Where do I start?”), aiming to help students find direction in their professional future. After finishing their studies, many feel lost and unsure about how to take the first step in their careers. This edition seeks to offer a clearer vision of the opportunities within design—from how to enter the job market to entrepreneurship and professional growth options.
To achieve this, the event invites designers, company representatives, and professionals from different sectors to share their experiences, career paths, and learnings. Through their talks, attendees will gain a broader and more relatable perspective on the challenges and opportunities in today’s professional world.
The YUTalks 2025 program will feature round tables, workshops, and discussion spaces where students can interact directly with the speakers. These sessions aim to create a participatory and enriching environment that fosters learning and the exchange of ideas.
