Lecture by Curro Claret and EASD València Alumni

On Thursday, October 16 at 1pm, at the School of Art and Design of València (EASD València), we have an appointment with socially engaged design through a lecture by Curro Claret and presentations by EASD València alumni Héctor Albelda and Sergio Martínez.

Curro Claret’s work ranges from objects and installations to interior design projects and collaborations with institutions, foundations, companies, and public administrations. Alongside his practice, he has taught at various design schools and received multiple national and international awards and recognitions.

Héctor Albelda will present the Dune Project, winner of the 2024 ADI Bronze Medal, an innovative casual footwear design that combines exclusivity and sustainability. Meanwhile, Sergio Martínez will introduce the Terrabat Project, a bat shelter designed to help preserve biodiversity in urban areas while serving as a natural ally for controlling mosquito and moth populations.
