Round table “Design that cares and delights”

Design is also about care. It is thinking about space to facilitate people’s wellbeing, with key concepts such as comfort, ergonomics, functionality and beauty. Designing spaces with users and their needs at the centre. This round table, made up of women from the field of design and interior design, will talk about specific projects where care has been at the centre. They will also talk about new trends, the role of design in wellbeing and will take the opportunity to approach the work of these women in their different fields.

This meeting is part of the Women in Office Design (WOD) movement, promoted in England by Harsha Kotak; and in Spain by Soledat Berbegal, advisor and head of Brand Reputation at Actiu, as well as president of WOD in Spain, Gracia Cardona. The aim of these meetings is to share professional experiences from a very specific angle – in this case design and care – and to give visibility to female talent in the office design sector.
